A large medieval eating knife. The blade is hand forged from 1075 high carbon steel and etched with my maker's mark.
The handle is of a scale tang construction, with character yew grip, brass pins and bolsters, and a peened brass cap. The sheath is 2mm veg tan leather, hand tooled with a medieval vinework design.
