Medieval Eating Knives

Medieval eating and utility knives, in the style of those used from around 1300-1500. The blades are hand forged from high carbon steel, and handles are from various native woods including yew, walnut, apple, olive and laburnum. Most are of scale tang construction with brass pins and bolsters. The leather sheaths are all tooled with designs taken from originals, most from the Museum of London.

These knives are made individually and are always unique. Small numbers of them are usually held in stock.
